Engrish it is again! (Sebastian thank you for your good reason)
Not much has happened except that now I’m somewhere completely different. Woah! It’s even a whole other country!
Well I’ll start it off with short story from my countless (makes me sound awesome!) train rides.
I was on this train to Cesky Budejovice the other day when suddenly! It Stopped…! Well the train tends to stop from time to time so I figured that it was no big l but… Suddenly everyone and ”their dogs” went off the train! Double Shock!
Bus as my team of two is awesome we decided that this also was no big deal.
Until…
Suddenly the conductor comes screaming at us! I countered with my best attempt at Czech yet ”Excuse me?” so he translated himself into ”CHANGE!!!11one”
…
Of course I was weirded out by that so I asked him why he was rambling about Obama to us? Well I do understand the whole debate about USA setting up missiles in Czech Republic, but that is no reason for him to scream at foreigners. What does he know of us? Maybe we despise Obama! Maybe we don’t even care!
Well Vanessa managed to get him to his senses by questioning him more accordingly as to why he liked Obama so much and we all ended up drinking tea and smoking Shisha for a couple of hours.
The End
A a special someone (namely Alexander Rydback) put into well remembered words a short while ago, then sure we all love fairy tales. But it is not often that you step into one. I just happened to do so a couple of days back.
That fairytale was Cesky Krumlov.
It’s definitely the cutest/prettiest town I’ve ever been in. It’s basically a couple of towers rising above a n of little medieval houses built in the snake curve of a river. It’s almost as if this town is just waiting for a dragon to come and destroy it… But sadly not all fairytales come true.
So yeah… I’ve just been hanging around it during the last days.
Vanessa on the other hand turned into a crazy tourist while we were there.
And apparently you MUST pet the flowers in Czech parks… And it’s absolutely forbidden to scare away the birds.
Did you delete 4 paragraphs between the conductor and Obama or is it an expression?
If you are talking about the ”…” then yes, it is just an expression (like expresso coffee). So no… nothing deleted here!
